UK Shipping

UK Standard Delivery is free on orders over £50. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-4 business days, Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs. Orders below £50 will be subject to a 3.99 GBP delivery cost. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking notification from Royal Mail with your allotted delivery day.

Please note that for products that state 'Made to order' on the product page, standard delivery times may be up to 14 days.

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Costs vary by country. All orders will be shipped with international standard delivery unless tracking is selected. International delivery lead times apply. Please check your country page on Royal Mail for the most up-to-date information on shipping timeframes. Worldwide tracked shipping is completely free on orders over £150. Please be aware that your order may be subject to additional taxes and duties outside the UK. 

 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we happily offer returns within 14 days of receipt for UK orders and 30 days of receipt for international orders. 

Send us an email at customercare@constellationslondon.com, letting us know your name, order number, the item you are returning and reason for returning the item(s), and whether you would like a refund or exchange. All returns must be recieved in their original packaging. We recommend opting for a tracked method of return to ensure your return reaches us safely. Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not available on earrings. We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days.
