We ship worldwide, with free international tracked delivery on orders over £150.

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty.

JEWELLERY CARE

Always remove jewellery before coming into contact with water and avoid contact with body lotions, sun creams, soaps and perfumes.

Store your jewellery in a safe, dry place, out of direct sunlight. We recommend keeping your pieces in your Constellations London jewellery box, free with every order. Jewellery should always be stored separately. Fasten chains to prevent tangling.

We advise regular polishing with your dedicated polish cloth, included with your order.
